2. Technologies currently used

We reviewed the public website on 31 August 2026. The current configuration is summarised below. Exact technical behaviour may vary by browser and may change when the site platform is updated.

Framer hosting and runtime — Deliver pages, maintain security and provide core website functions — Necessary for the site to work. The platform may use limited technical storage or events required for delivery, security or interface functions.

Framer forms — Transmit information only when a visitor submits an enquiry form — Form submissions are covered by our Website Privacy Notice. They are not used for advertising.

Framer site analytics — Measure aggregate website use and help us understand page performance — Framer states that its built-in analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. Website events are processed through Framer’s analytics service.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing cookies, social-media tracking pixels, embedded maps, chat widgets or third-party video players on the public site.

3. Legal approach and choices

Technologies that are strictly necessary for a service requested by the visitor do not require consent. Where statistical or appearance technologies meet a legal exception, we provide clear information and a simple way to object. Any future non-essential technology that requires consent will be disabled until valid consent is obtained.

To object to non-essential website measurement or ask a question, contact hello@toromobile.co.uk. You may also use your browser’s privacy controls. Blocking necessary functions may affect how the site works.

4. Retention

Storage periods are set by the relevant website technology and may be session-only or longer where needed for a permitted function. Aggregate analytics and technical records are kept only as long as reasonably needed, subject to our supplier settings.

5. Changes to our website

Before adding a new analytics, advertising, embedded-media, chat, mapping or similar tool, we will assess it, update this policy and implement consent controls where required. We periodically re-audit the site because platform and browser behaviour can change.
